RETURN PERIOD
You have 30 days to return any unused product. Sale items can also be returned as long as they meet our criteria: they must not be washed, used or altered.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please fill out the form at the bottom of this page. We ask that you provide as much detail as possible so that we can process your request quickly and efficiently.
Preparing the package
Preferably use the same packaging in which you received your order (resealable bag or original box).
Please ensure that all returned items still have their original tags intact. The presence of tags is mandatory to accept the return. Any missing tags will result in the return being refused.
The product must be in its original condition: unwashed, odorless, unworn and in perfect condition.
Carefully package the package, including the packing slip inside and affixing the return label to the outside of the package.
Important : Do not apply tape directly to manufacturer packaging (e.g. shoe boxes). Any damage to the original packaging may result in a repackaging fee or refusal of the return.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The amount of these costs will depend on the size of the package as well as your delivery address. These costs will be indicated when submitting your request via our return portal.
DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE
We ask that you inspect your order upon receipt. If you notice an error, damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. The product must not have been used, washed or altered. All original packaging and labels must be present for the return to be accepted.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" cannot be returned or exchanged, even for a change of size or color. This will be clearly indicated on the product page.
EXCHANGES
Online exchanges are not possible. If you wish to exchange a product for another size or color, we invite you to place a new order and return the original item for a refund. This allows you to reserve the replacement product and obtain it more quickly.
IN-STORE RETURNS
You can return or exchange your items in store within 30 days of the shipping date, upon presentation of your proof of purchase. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.
